The concession letter (carta encomienda) must be presented with the new format no latter than November 30th of this year and it have to be presented to Padron de Importadores office in Mexico City attached to the General Customs Administration.

Such format was printed on the Daily Gazette of the Federation on October 10th 2003.

Those concession letters (cartas encomienda) presented before such published format , it will be considered processed according to the free format that it was presented; It would not be necessary to present the new format.
